The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect who robbed a letter carrier on December 18, 2014, at 3319 N. Cicero Ave around 7:00 p.m. The suspect is described as a white male with facial acne. He was wearing a dark, hooded sweatshirt and is armed with a handgun.
