The U.S. Postal Inspection Service, in a joint investigation with the South Carolina State Law Enforcement Division (SLED), the Clinton Police Department, the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office, and the Presbyterian College Department of Public Safety, is offering a reward of up to $15,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the persons who mailed threatening letters to the Clinton Chief of Police, the Presbyterian College Police Department, the President of Presbyterian College, and the Laurens County School District Superintendant on March 6, 2013.
