Up to $50,000 Reward for Information on
Robbery of Truck Driver at
Silverdale Post Office

Postal Inspector in Charge of the Seattle Division Brad Kleinknecht, of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, today announced a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the robbery of a truck driver at the Silverdale, WA, Post Office.

The incident occurred at approximately 6:30 p.m. on September 17, when several suspects forcibly robbed a mail transportation route driver at the back dock of the Silverdale Post Office at 10855 Silverdale Way in Silverdale, WA.

The Postal Inspection Service is currently leading a collaborative investigation into this incident. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Seattle office of the Postal Inspection Service or the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office.
